Job BriefWe are seeking an ambitious, high-energy Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing engine. This is a strategic role for a rising leader with 3 to 4 years of deep, hands-on experience who has outgrown traditional management boundaries and wants a seat at the executive table.

You will be responsible for designing data-driven 360-degree marketing strategies and execution roadmaps. Crucially, you will act as a core business driver, pitching complex marketing architectures directly to clients and convincing them of our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Strategy & Vision

- Design 360° Frameworks: Architect end-to-end, integrated digital and offline marketing plans.
- Define Brand Architecture: Oversee positioning, messaging consistency, and unique selling propositions.
- Lead Budget Allocation: Optimise and distribute marketing spend across channels to maximise ROI.

2. Client Acquisition & Convincing (Growth)
- Lead High-Stakes Pitches: Present marketing visions confidently to enterprise clients, stakeholders, and prospects.
- Translate Data into Value:



Convince clients by translating complex marketing metrics into clear revenue outcomes.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor: Build deep relationships with client executives to expand existing contracts and accounts.

3. Execution & Optimization
- Manage Multi-Channel Funnels: Oversee SEO, paid media, performance marketing, content, and events.
- Track Growth KPIs: Establish data dashboards to monitor customer acquisition costs (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV).
- Guide Creative Teams: Lead designers, writers, and technical executors to turn strategy into high-performing collateral. [1, 2, 3]

Key Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven marketing experience, preferably within an agency or fast-growing startup environment.
- Strategic Thinker: Proven track record of planning and launching successful multi-channel growth campaigns.
- Master Communicator: Exceptional presentation skills with an innate ability to influence, persuade, and convince clients.
- Data-fluent: Deeply familiar with up-to-date CRM tools like Pipedrive, analytics packages, and automation stacks.
- Leadership: Ready to step into an executive role and direct cross-functional marketing teams.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
