: We are currently looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Check-in Executives at the airport. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers great growth opportunities for freshers.

Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome passengers at the check-in counter - Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures - Assist passengers with check-in process, baggage drop, and seat selection




- Provide information and assistance to passengers with special needs or requests - Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely check-in process - Follow safety and security protocols at all times - Maintain accurate records of passenger information and flight details - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Requirements: -

Minimum educational qualification of 10+2 or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Proficient in using computer systems and software - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays - Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not mandatory Benefits:
