Role & responsibilities

Role Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant & CA - Inter with strong experience in the real estate/construction sector. The role involves managing financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and supporting project funding activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate accounting, regulatory compliance, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze Cash Flow Statements, MIS reports, and financial dashboards for management review
- Experience in successful project funding with different and esteemed organizations and institutions
- Finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements, and statutory financial reports
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and reporting requirements
- Handle end-to-end GST, TDS, and other tax compliances, including filings and reconciliations
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support project funding activities, including lender coordination, documentation, and financial closures
- Maintain strong internal financial controls and ensure audit readiness
- Liaise with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor project-wise financial performance and ensure cost control
- Assist in improving financial processes, reporting systems,



and compliance frameworks

Key Skills:

- Strong knowledge of real estate accounting, taxation, and compliance
- Hands-on experience in RERA, GST, TDS, and statutory regulations
- Good understanding of project finance, funding structures, and cash flow management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and MIS reporting tools

Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (CA Qualified) / CA - Inter

Experience

- 8 to 15 years of post-qualification experience
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry.
