Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant experience in the Civil/Construction industry or Food Court/F&B; business. The candidate will be responsible for financial management, project accounting, statutory compliance, commercial coordination, and supporting management in business-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, MIS, and project-wise accounting.
- Handle project costing, budgeting, cash flow, expense monitoring, and financial analysis.
- Monitor project expenses, material costs, vendor payments, and outstanding receivables.
- Review and verify invoices, bills, quotations, and supporting documents.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, and timely filings.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, cash-flow reports, and management MIS.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, clients, and internal departments.
- Monitor budgets and identify cost overruns or financial discrepancies.
- Ensure proper accounting of construction/project expenses or Food Court/F&B; operations.
- Support management in financial planning, cost control, and business decision-making.

Management, Legal & Commercial Coordination





- Handle and coordinate all internal and external meetings as required by management.
- Discuss and coordinate legal and commercial matters with the Management and appointed lawyers.
- Coordinate with clients regarding commercial, financial, contractual, billing, and payment-related matters.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and ensure timely resolution of financial and commercial issues.
- Coordinate with legal advisors on agreements, contracts, notices, claims, and other commercial/legal matters.
- Provide management with relevant financial and commercial inputs for decision-making.

Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
- 2–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Candidates with experience in Civil/Construction/Infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Food Courts, F&B;, Hospitality, or similar businesses may also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, audit, financial reporting, and commercial matters.
- Solid communication, negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with management, clients, lawyers, consultants, and vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
