Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Centre Head who will be responsible for complete business operations of the park. This role involves managing revenue, team performance, customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day park operations ensuring smooth functioning of all activities and safety standards Team Leadership: Hire, train, manage and motivate staff across departments; ensure proper scheduling and productivity Revenue Management: Drive sales through walk-ins, events, group bookings and achieve monthly revenue targets Customer Experience: Ensure high guest satisfaction and handle escalations effectively Sales &
