Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure-certified trainer with good communication skills to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs, building lab environments, and mentoring learners preparing for the CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure certification, covering advanced routing, switching, automation, wireless, and SD-WAN/SD-Access technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs aligned with the CCIE

Enterprise Infrastructure written and lab exam blueprint.
- Build and maintain hands-on lab environments (physical and virtual/EVE-NG, CML, GNS3) simulating enterprise-scale routing, switching, and SD-WAN topologies.
- Teach advanced routing and switching concepts (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, STP, VLANs) and troubleshoot complex scenarios with learners.
- Deliver training on SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela/vManage), SD-Access, and enterprise wireless technologies.
- Guide learners through network automation and programmability using Python, Ansible, and Cisco APIs.




- Develop training curriculum, courseware, lab guides, assessments, and mock lab exams.
- Conduct mock CCIE lab sessions and provide personalized feedback to help candidates identify and close knowledge gaps.
- Track learner progress, evaluate readiness, and provide structured coaching toward certification success.
- Stay current with updates to the CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure exam blueprint and Cisco technology roadmap, refreshing course content accordingly.
- Collaborate with the training operations team on scheduling, batch planning, and learner support.

Requirements:

- Mandatory CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related Network field.
- 5+years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering, with prior training/mentoring experience preferred.
- Expert-level knowledge of routing/switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, VLANs).
- Strong experience with Cisco platforms (Catalyst, Nexus, ISR/ASR routers).
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela/vManage) and SD-Access.
- Proficiency in network automation tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
- Prior experience delivering technical training, workshops, or bootcamps.
- Strong presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.

Preferred skills:

- Experience developing e-learning content or recorded training modules.
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNet, hybrid connectivity).
- Prior experience training candidates who have successfully cleared the CCIE lab exam.
