Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced CATIA Brand Sales Specialist to drive adoption of CATIA and related 3DEXPERIENCE design and engineering solutions across India. The ideal candidate combines consultative enterprise sales skills with deep domain expertise in target industries and strong technical understanding of Dassault technologies. You will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, building relationships with engineering and product teams, enabling proof-of-concepts, and closing deals that expand CATIA’s footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow CATIA and 3DEXPERIENCE design-related business across assigned verticals and regions in India.

Identify and qualify opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, industrial equipment vendors, aerospace & defense, automotive, consumer products, and other relevant industries.

Engage technical and business stakeholders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Head of Design, Program Managers) to create demand and articulate CATIA value propositions.

Lead technical presales activities in collaboration with solution architects and technical consultants: demos, product evaluations, pilot projects, and PoCs showcasing CATIA workflows and integrations on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

Map customer product development challenges to Dassault solutions—CAD, surface modeling, systems engineering, simulation-driven design, team-oriented PLM workflows—and define ROI.

Manage full sales cycle: opportunity planning, proposal development, commercial negotiation, contracting, and handover to delivery teams.

Build and maintain pipeline forecasts,



sales metrics and regular reporting to regional sales leadership.

Act as a subject-matter evangelist at industry conferences, webinars, customer workshops, and partner events; generate thought leadership content and case studies.

Collaborate with channel partners, system integrators, and academic initiatives to broaden reach and adoption.

Gather market and competitive intelligence; feed product and go-to-market insights back to product management and marketing teams.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, or related discipline.

15+ years of enterprise software or technical solutions sales / Pre sales experience; experience selling CAD/PLM/CAE/Digital engineering services or solutions strongly preferred.

Deep domain expertise in one or more target industries: automotive, aerospace & defense, industrial machinery, consumer goods, shipbuilding, or energy.

Strong technical understanding of engineering capabilities (part & assembly design, surface modeling, kinematics, DMU, composites, systems engineering , Electronics & MBSE ) and familiarity with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and adjacent Dassault solutions (ENOVIA, DELMIA, SIMULIA).
