Aasraa Trust is looking for a passionate and experienced Career Counsellor to guide and support adolescents from marginalized communities in making informed educational and career choices.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individual and group career counselling to students.
- Conduct career awareness sessions, workshops, aptitude assessments, mock interviews, and life skills sessions.
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses, streams, higher education, vocational training, scholarships, and career pathways.
- Support students with college, scholarship, and vocational program applications.
- Track alumni and pass-out students and maintain accurate student records.
- Conduct regular community visits and engage with students, parents, schools, and other stakeholders.
- Identify students at risk of dropping out and provide appropriate support and guidance.
- Maintain counselling records, MIS data, reports, and other documentation.




- Travel across project locations as per program requirements.

Eligibility
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in career counselling, education support, youth development, or community-based programs.
- Solid communication, counselling, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data management.
- Experience working with youth from undeserved communities will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
