Role Description The CAMBRIDGE BUSINESS STUDIES & ECONOMICS TEACHER role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons for IGCSE and A-Level Business Studies and Economics in line with Cambridge curriculum standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and learning materials, conducting classroom instruction, assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of progress.

The role also involves supporting students in exam preparation, collaborating with other educators to improve teaching practices, and participating in academic meetings or training sessions as required.



The teacher is expected to foster an inclusive, supportive classroom setting that encourages critical thinking and academic growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong subject-matter expertise in Business Economics and Economics, ideally with experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level syllabi.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and curriculum alignment to design structured, outcome-focused learning experiences.
- Candidates should possess Teaching and Education skills, including classroom management and the ability to adapt methods to diverse learning needs.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Business, Education, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly are essential.
- Experience in exam-oriented coaching, familiarity with Cambridge assessment standards, and a student-centered teaching approach are highly beneficial.
