About the Role

PwC is seeking a commercially driven Business & Technology Growth Leader to lead strategic technology-led business transformation, growth, and value creation initiatives.

This is not a PMO, Program Management, or governance-focused role. We are looking for a leader who combines strong business acumen, technology understanding, commercial orientation, and an ownership mindset for P&L; growth and client value.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, shape propositions, build compelling business cases, and translate technology investments into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business growth, revenue expansion, profitability, and value creation through technology and data-led initiatives.
- Identify business challenges and opportunities and translate them into scalable technology, data, and analytics solutions.
- Develop and articulate compelling business value propositions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build business cases that clearly demonstrate ROI, commercial impact, cost optimization, revenue potential, and strategic value.
- Lead business development activities, including opportunity identification, solution shaping, client engagement, and conversion of strategic opportunities.
- Partner with C-suite and senior leadership teams to influence investment decisions and shape transformation agendas.
- Lead strategic initiatives directly, ensuring that technology investments deliver tangible and measurable business outcomes.
- Establish strong relationships across business, technology, finance, and transformation functions to drive adoption and organizational change.




- Translate complex technology concepts into clear business language and actionable recommendations for senior executives.
- Contribute to the development of new offerings, propositions, and go-to-market strategies aligned to emerging technology and data trends.
- Provide thought leadership on how modern data and technology platforms can enable business growth and competitive advantage.

Technology & Data Experience Candidates should have a strong practical understanding of modern data, analytics, cloud, and transformation ecosystems, with experience in areas such as:

- SAP data platforms and SAP data transformation
- Databricks
- Microsoft Azure and cloud platforms
- Enterprise data platforms and modern data architecture
- Data modernization and transformation
- Advanced analytics and AI-enabled business solutions
- Data-driven operating model and business transformation initiatives

The expectation is business-oriented technology leadership, rather than deep hands-on engineering expertise. Required Experience & Capabilities

Commercial & Business Leadership

- Proven track record of driving business growth, P&L; expansion, revenue growth, or value creation through technology-led initiatives.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
- Experience developing and presenting business cases to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, shape propositions, and drive strategic growth.

Business Development & Stakeholder Management

- Robust experience in business development, strategic account management, or solution selling.
- Ability to identify, articulate, and sell compelling business value propositions.




- Proven ability to influence decision-making across senior leadership teams.
- Excellent executive communication, relationship management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with both business and technology stakeholders.

Strategic & Transformation Leadership

- Experience leading strategic initiatives directly, with accountability for outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems using technology and data.
- Experience driving adoption and organizational change rather than simply overseeing project delivery.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, complex, and rapidly changing business environments.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Data, Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in technology-led business transformation, consulting, digital/data strategy, business development, or technology-enabled growth.
- Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.
- Consulting, professional services, technology, or large-enterprise experience is preferred.
