Role Description The Business Process Outsourcing Manager will oversee day-to-day BPO operations, ensuring that service levels, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met. This full-time, on-site role in Bhubaneswar involves managing teams, allocating workloads, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across processes. The manager will coordinate with clients, internal stakeholders, and support functions to resolve issues, streamline workflows, and maintain compliance with organizational policies.

Responsibilities also include analyzing process efficiency, preparing reports, managing budgets related to outsourced activities,



and supporting training and coaching of team members to enhance productivity and service delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Process and Outsourcing skills, including experience in BPO/KPO operations management and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including data-driven decision-making, performance analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing interaction.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance understanding related to budgeting, cost control, and financial impact of process changes.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within BPO/KPO operations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage cross-functional teams, and adapt to fast-paced, target-driven environments.
- Knowledge of quality frameworks (e.g., SLA management, process documentation, continuous improvement methodologies) is an advantage.
