Role Description The Business Management Intern will support daily business operations and coordination at the on-site ASX MOTODROME facility in Hoskote. This internship role involves assisting with business planning activities, collecting and analyzing operational and customer data, and preparing basic reports and presentations for management. The intern will help monitor customer experience on the track, support customer service and front-office processes, and contribute to communication with riders, partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities may also include supporting event logistics,



maintaining documentation, and collaborating with the management team on process improvements and new initiatives linked to off-road experiences and services.

Duration: 6 Months

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Business and Business Planning skills to assist with strategy, operations, and growth initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with customers, team members, and partners.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support a high-quality rider and visitor experience on-site.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Word/Docs) for reports and presentations.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a fast-paced, experience-focused environment.
- Interest in motorsports, off-roading, or adventure sports is an advantage but not mandatory.
