• Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations, finalize SLAs,
and close long-term corporate daycare contracts.
• Market Mapping: Continuously analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and corporate employee-benefit policies to adapt our sales strategy.
2. Complete Facility Operations
• Centre Setup & Launch: Oversee the end-to-end setup of new corporate creche facilities, including infrastructure design, safety compliance, and vendor management.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all facilities adhere strictly to local government regulations, safety protocols, child-to-caregiver ratios, and hygiene standards.
• Program Implementation: Work with academic/childcare experts to ensure the successful delivery of age-appropriate early learning curriculums across all centres.
• P&L; Management: Manage the Profit & Loss for the child-care division, optimizing operational costs while maximizing centre utilization and revenue.
3. Client Relationship & Key Account Management
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary escalation point and strategic advisor for corporate clients, conducting quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and utilization reporting.
• Parent Satisfaction: Design feedback mechanisms to ensure high satisfaction rates among the corporate employees (parents) using the facilities.
• Retention & Upselling:
Maintain exceptional client retention rates and identify opportunities to upsell additional services (e.g., summer camps, after-school programs, parenting workshops).
4. Team Leadership & Development
• Hiring & Training: Oversee the recruitment of centre managers, early childhood educators, and caregiving staff.
• Performance Management: Set clear KPIs for the operations and sales teams, conducting regular appraisals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 8-12+ years of total experience, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role managing B2B sales, corporate tie-ups, or facility operations. (Experience in Early Childhood Care, Education, Hospitality, or Corporate Wellness is a massive plus).
• Education: MBA or equivalent Master’s degree preferred.
• B2B Expertise: Proven track record of selling services to corporate HR and Admin leaders.
• Operational Acumen: Strong understanding of managing multi-site operations, strict compliance protocols, and P&L; statements.
