We are looking for one confident, motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can help Ziora Global identify potential clients, initiate business conversations, understand requirements, present suitable solutions, and convert qualified prospects into successful business deals. This role requires ownership of the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to follow-up, negotiation, and closure.

- Identify and research potential B2B clients and decision-makers.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp, email, networking, and other channels.
- Communicate with prospects, understand their requirements, and present relevant Ziora Global services.
- Manage follow-ups, negotiations, proposals, and client communication.
- Coordinate with the internal team for technical discussions and solution proposals.
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and take opportunities through lead → conversation → negotiation → deal closure.

Strong communication,



confidence, persuasion, negotiation, client-handling skills, and a self-driven approach are important for this role. Candidates should be comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, rejection, and performance-based targets. Basic understanding of websites, software, SaaS, CRM, ERP, or digital services will be an advantage.

Candidates with 0-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, IT/Software Sales, SaaS, or Digital Agency sales are preferred. Freshers can also apply if they have solid communication skills and a genuine interest in sales. A relevant degree is preferred, but practical sales ability will be given greater importance.

The initial engagement will be unpaid and performance-based to evaluate actual sales capability. The minimum benchmark is 3 genuine business deals successfully closed. Candidates demonstrating strong performance may be offered a continued role with compensation of up to ₹15,000/month, depending on performance, deal quality, revenue contribution, and overall business impact.
