Role Description The Business Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role involves managing and expanding relationships with distributors, retailers, and veterinary partners, driving sales growth across assigned territories. Daily tasks include meeting clients, presenting product offerings, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring timely order execution and collections.

The Business

Executive will track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide market insights on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.



The role also includes coordinating with internal teams for inventory, marketing activities, and promotions, and representing the brand at events, campaigns, and customer outreach programs.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Competence in relationship management, client communication, and stakeholder coordination.
- Basic proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of productivity tools (e.g., MS Excel, CRM systems).
- Knowledge or interest in the pet care, FMCG, or healthcare sector is highly beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present products and value propositions clearly.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle field-based responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales or business operations, especially in consumer products, is an advantage.
