Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role based in Ahmedabad.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and promote Safal Publicity LLP’s outdoor advertising solutions. Daily activities include prospecting and meeting potential clients, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns. The role involves market research, monitoring competitor activity,



and providing feedback to improve service offerings and pricing strategies.

The Business Development

Manager will also track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and support long-term account growth and client retention.

Qualifications

- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in outdoor advertising, media sales, or marketing services, preferably within the Gujarat market.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools to manage pipelines, proposals, and client data.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
