Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, with a focus on clients requiring e-waste and e-recycling solutions. This full-time role is on-site and based in New Delhi, involving regular in-person meetings with prospective and existing clients, market visits, and collaboration with internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales and growth targets.

The role also involves conducting market research, tracking industry trends,



coordinating with operations to ensure service delivery, and preparing periodic reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities in the e-recycling or environmental services sector.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical or regulatory concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational and planning abilities, including pipeline management, reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in recycling, waste management, environmental services, or related industries is preferred.
- Comfort working in office in New Delhi and engaging in frequent client-facing activities and field visits.
- Demonstrated integrity, customer focus, and commitment to sustainability and regulatory compliance.
