Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The individual in this role will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and expand market presence for system integration services. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.

Manager will collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements and ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing competition, and contributing to sales strategies and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.
- Excellent client relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of IT/system integration services and ability to translate technical offerings into business value.
- Good negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in business development or sales within the IT or system integration industry is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office applications, and basic data analysis for reporting and forecasting.
- salary package 20K to 45k PM.
