- Dealer Management Identify, onboard, and manage local channel partners, dealers, and electrical contractors to scale B2C market reach. Train ecosystem partners on the company’s technical product advantages, pricing structures, and sales pitches 3.

- Financial Structuring [1] Educate retail consumers on Return on Investment (ROI), payback periods, and long-term utility bill savings. Assist customers with financing options, including solar loans,



EMI schemes, and navigating government subsidy portals. Prepare and present commercial quotes and customized rooftop solar proposals 4. Cross-Functional Coordination &
- Ops Collaborate with engineering teams to design viable layout proposals based on site dimensions and technical limits. Coordinate order execution with procurement and installation teams to ensure seamless handovers. Manage collections and ensure milestone payments are gathered on time from consumers Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly/Quarterly Sales Targets: Total Megawatts (MW) or Kilowatts (kW) capacity sold.

Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of raw field leads converted to paid installations.

Channel Network Growth: Total number of active, performing channel partners onboarded.

Collection Efficiency: Timeliness of customer payment collection during project milestones
