Industry Experience: Medical/Hospital field experience is mandatory
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented "Business Development Executive (BDE)" with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical/hospital sector. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, maintaining dealer relationships, identifying new markets, and travelling outside the state when required for company business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, hospitals, and medical-sector clients.
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Visit dealers and potential clients regularly.
- Travel outside the state as required for company business.
- Conduct meetings and product presentations with dealers and clients.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with existing dealers and clients.
- Prepare and submit sales and visit reports to management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the company professionally during business visits and meetings.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in the hospital/medical field is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including "outside the state".
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable meeting dealers and clients on behalf of the company.
Company Training The company will provide "15 days of training" during the initial period".
Training will focus on "product knowledge, product presentation, sales process, dealer handling, and company procedures".
Candidates are expected to actively participate in and complete the training.
Probation & Attendance Policy The probation period will be "3 months".
During the probation period, "there will be no scheduled off days".
Any absence/off day taken during the probation period will result in "salary deduction according to the applicable company policy".
Continued employment after probation will be subject to performance, attendance, and management evaluation.
Notice Period
- Employees are required to provide "one-month prior written notice" before resigning from the company.
- Failure to provide the required one-month notice may result in the "final month's payout being withheld, subject to company policy and applicable law".
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹25,000
- Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives
- Travel Allowance: Provided for approved official travel as per company policy
- Company Training: 15 days of product and role-specific training
