Roles & Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound cold calling to potential corporate clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through Google research, business directories, LinkedIn, and other lead generation software/tools.
- Perform daily business development activities to identify recent prospects and opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Pitch company services to corporate clients (B2B Sales).
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Schedule meetings,



presentations, and follow-ups with decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

- Graduate or Postgraduate ( MBA preferred)

Skills Required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- 1-3yrs experience into business development

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Confidence in speaking with corporate clients
- Basic knowledge of internet research and business tools
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
