We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, supporting sales activities, and contributing to revenue growth. This position is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in business development and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and digital channels
- Engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and maintain regular follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth and retention
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, forecasts, and other business development documentation
- Support negotiations and contribute to successful lead conversion and deal closure.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
- Support the management of social media platforms and business promotion activities
- Participate in business events, networking activities, and job fairs as required

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
