Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential partners and customers, driving lead generation campaigns, and supporting the execution of business growth initiatives. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating meetings and product demos, and maintaining detailed records in CRM tools.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine value propositions, track performance against targets,



and provide regular reports and insights to leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong presentation skills, including experience creating and delivering impactful presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in lead generation and market research, with the ability to identify opportunities, segment markets, and analyze competitive landscapes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and convey complex information clearly.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in a tech or app-based environment is preferred.
- Comfort using CRM systems, productivity tools, and basic data analysis to track leads, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced, on-site setting in Hyderabad.
