As a Business Architect, a typical day involves exploring and identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the business by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. This role requires capturing overarching requirements and shaping effective business solutions. The day also includes translating business needs into technology-driven solutions and designing operating models that align with strategic goals.

Supporting organizational transformation through the development of compelling business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives forms an essential part of daily activities, ensuring continuous progress and alignment with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.




- Assist in the documentation and communication of business architecture artifacts to stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on business architecture practices.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance business architecture frameworks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in mapping business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, technology-enabled solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques used for business modeling and requirements gathering.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
