About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst with deep expertise in organizational change management to join our dynamic team. This role involves partnering with clients to deliver complex transformation programs that encompass business, technology, and process changes. The successful candidate will act as the change lead on engagements, assessing impact, shaping strategies, engaging stakeholders, and driving adoption of new ways of working across various client organizational levels.

This client-facing, consultative position requires a blend of business analysis proficiency and change management acumen, with responsibilities spanning from strategy formulation to sustainment. The individual will be embedded within program leadership teams, shaping the change agenda and ensuring successful adoption and realization of benefits.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4-5 years dedicated to leading change management initiatives on medium to large-scale transformation programs. Demonstrable experience working directly with clients in a consulting capacity is essential, including facilitating workshops, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and delivering results in ambiguous environments. Deep knowledge of recognized change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step, or LaMarsh Managed Change is required.

Proven experience delivering change in projects involving ERP, CRM, HCM systems, cloud migrations, operating model redesigns, M&A; integrations,



or digital transformations is highly valued. Strong stakeholder management skills across various organizational levels, excellent communication abilities, and solid business analysis techniques such as process mapping, requirements elicitation, and gap analysis are also critical.

Certifications like Prosci Change Practitioner, CCMP, APMG Change Management Practitioner, or CBAP are advantageous.

Responsibilities The responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum of change management and business analysis activities:

- Change Strategy &
- Planning: Develop tailored change approaches aligned with client culture, maturity, scope, and risk profile. Craft comprehensive change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communication, training, business readiness, adoption, and sustainment, ensuring alignment with program milestones and dependencies.
- Change Impact Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments across roles, processes, systems, and locations to determine change severity and impact. Maintain a dynamic change impact register, identify risks, and escalate issues to program leadership.
- Stakeholder Analysis &
- Engagement: Map and segment stakeholder groups, design tailored engagement strategies, and foster trusted relationships across organizational levels, including managing resistance and skepticism.
- Sponsor &
- Leader Enablement: Coach executive sponsors and leaders to act as effective change champions. Prepare leadership with messaging, FAQs, and coaching guides, and establish sponsor coalitions for cohesive leadership messaging.
- Communications: Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies, including messaging architecture, channels, and feedback mechanisms. Oversee creation of collateral such as emails, town halls, videos, and intranet content.

Collaborate with training teams to identify learning needs, design blended learning solutions, and oversee logistics, tracking, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Business Readiness: Design and manage readiness frameworks, coordinate with impacted units, validate preparedness, and escalate risks as needed.

- Champions: Mobilize and support change champion networks, establish operating rhythms, and sustain engagement through delivery and hypercare phases.
- Resistance Management: Identify sources of resistance early, design targeted interventions, and partner with HR and other functions to manage sensitive change scenarios.

- Business Analysis Deliverables: Own key deliverables such as current and future state process maps, operating models, requirements documentation, and executive reports. Mentor junior analysts and change practitioners.
