Roles & Responsibilities
Brand Management
Develop and implement brand strategies.
Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
Increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Marketing Strategy
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
Create monthly marketing plans and promotional activities.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
Digital Marketing
Manage social media platforms and digital advertising.
Oversee SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.
Track website and social media performance.
Content & Creative
Coordinate with designers and content creators.
Review and approve marketing creatives before publishing.
Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines.
Market Research
Analyze competitors and market trends.
Identify customer needs and new business opportunities.
Collect and evaluate customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Sales Support
Work closely with the sales team to generate leads.
Create marketing materials for products and campaigns.
Support product launches and promotional events.
Team Management
Lead and mentor the marketing team.
Assign tasks and monitor project progress.
Coordinate with different departments for successful campaign execution.
Reporting
Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
Track campaign ROI and key marketing KPIs.
Present insights and performance updates to management.
