About the RoleWe are looking for a creative fresher who loves writing stories that connect emotionally with people.

You will work on real business and marketing projects where your job is to turn ideas, products and customer problems into short stories, sales scripts, nurturing content and engaging brand communication.

This is ideal for someone who enjoys micro-storytelling, psychology, marketing and creative writing.

What You Will Work On

- Write brand stories that create emotional connection.
- Create short sales scripts for founders and businesses.
- Write WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn nurturing sequences.
- Convert business ideas into simple, engaging stories.
- Create micro-stories for social media, videos and campaigns.
- Develop hooks, opening lines and CTAs.
- Research customer pain points and turn them into relatable content.
- Use storytelling frameworks to structure persuasive content.
- Work with founders/marketing teams to improve messaging.
- Experiment with AI tools for research, ideation and content creation.

Skills We Are Looking ForMust Have
- Strong English/Hindi writing skills.
- Good understanding of storytelling.
- Ability to write short, engaging micro-stories.
- Ability to create emotion-driven content.
- Good sense of hooks, curiosity and audience psychology.




- Willingness to learn sales and marketing frameworks.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Good to HaveKnowledge of frameworks such as:
- AIDA
- PAS
- BAB
- StoryBrand
- Problem → Agitation → Solution
- Before → After → Bridge
- Hook → Story → CTA
- Customer Journey / Awareness stages
