We are looking for a confident, energetic and camera-friendly Brand Face & Growth Intern to join our Founder's Office.

This is a unique role for someone who wants to become the face of the company and its brands.

You will regularly appear in videos, reels, social-media content and other communication created to promote Sankar Group, its companies, services, projects and initiatives.

The right person should be comfortable speaking on camera, creating content independently, travelling when required and representing the company professionally.

What You Will Do

- Become a consistent on-camera face and voice for Sankar Group and its brands.
- Create and appear in regular videos, reels, short-form content and other promotional content.
- Explain and promote the company's brands, products, services and projects in a easy and engaging way.
- Develop your own content ideas and turn them into videos.
- Research trends and identify content opportunities relevant to our brands.
- Work closely with the Founder's Office to understand company initiatives and communicate them to the audience.
- Attend events, launches, meetings, site visits and business activities when required.
- Travel as required to create content and represent the company at different locations.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing, design and video teams while also being capable of creating content independently.
- Maintain a consistent and professional image across social-media platforms.
- Help increase brand awareness, reach, engagement and audience growth.
- Track content performance and continuously improve what works.





Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being on camera and creating content. Must Have

- Previous experience in self-content creation — Instagram, YouTube, Reels, LinkedIn or similar platforms.
- Comfortable speaking naturally in front of a camera.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Confident personality and professional appearance.
- Willingness to travel frequently when required.
- Ability to create content independently — ideation, scripting, shooting and basic editing.
- Interest in business, brands, entrepreneurship and marketing.
- High energy, initiative and ownership.
- Ability to represent the Founder and the Group professionally.

Added Advantage
- Existing personal social-media presence or portfolio.
- Experience creating Reels/Shorts/YouTube videos.
- Basic video shooting and editing skills.
- Experience as a presenter, host, creator, influencer or content creator.
- Understanding of social-media trends and algorithms.
- Experience in brand promotion or digital marketing.

ImportantThis is NOT a back-office marketing internship. You will be expected to be visible, present on camera and actively represent the company.
