Identify recent sourcing locations and seasonal procurement opportunities. Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely delivery to the plant.

Monitor moisture, ash, contamination and other quality parameters. Maintain supplier database, daily procurement reports and price information. Build long-term relationships with reliable suppliers. Plan seasonal stock procurement to ensure availability during shortage periods.

Regularly travel to markets, mills, factories, farms and supplier locations for sourcing.
