Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based at the Bhubaneswar campus.

The Backend Customer Relationship

Management and Management Information System Executive or Manager will manage and optimize CRM and MIS platforms to support admissions, student services, and institutional reporting.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and up-to-date data, generating dashboards and analytical reports, and ensuring data integrity across multiple systems. The role involves collaborating with academic, administrative, and IT teams to understand information needs, streamline workflows, and configure system features to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.



The position also requires monitoring system performance, coordinating with vendors or internal IT for issue resolution, supporting end users through training and documentation, and contributing to process improvement initiatives aligned with the university’s mission.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in CRM administration and backend support, including configuration, user management, and data maintenance.
- Candidates should possess skills in database management and MIS reporting, such as data extraction, transformation, dashboard creation, and generation of analytical reports.
- Candidates should possess skills in process analysis and documentation, including workflow mapping, preparation of standard operating procedures, and creation of user guides.
- Candidates should possess skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication to gather requirements, translate them into system solutions, and support end users.
- Candidates should possess skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving for system issues, data inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with educational institutions, ERP or SIS platforms, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools) will be beneficial.
- Ability to work with sensitive data responsibly, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting inclusive and equitable education are highly valued.
