We are looking for a Backend Developer (Python) who can build scalable systems, solve complex problems, and take ownership of backend development in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

- Design and build scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Work on database design and data modeling (SQL and NoSQL) with transparent trade-offs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Handle system design including scalability, reliability, performance, caching, and async processing.
- Ensure production readiness, including logging, monitoring, debugging, and incident handling.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features and contribute to overall team quality.

Requirements

- Strong backend development experience in Python.
- Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
- Experience in system design fundamentals.
- Hands-on with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Django or DRF.
- Exposure to MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Experience of AWS or GCP, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Candidate Profile

- 3 to 5 years of backend development experience.
- Preferably from Tier 1 or Tier 2 engineering colleges.




- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a startup environment.
- Experience building scalable, production-grade systems.
