JOB TITLE: Back Office & Operations Executive We are looking for a smart, responsible and hands-on person to assist with the day-to-day back-end operations of our business. The role involves handling multiple tasks across customer coordination, purchasing, product management and general office operations.

Key Responsibilities: Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations and orders Prepare and send quotations to customers Maintain and update data in Excel Coordinate with suppliers for purchases and recent orders Draft and send emails and purchase orders Measure products accurately and maintain product specifications Take clear photographs of products when required Maintain product information, pricing and related records Follow up internally on pending tasks and orders Assist with documentation and general office/back-end work Coordinate with different team members, customers and suppliers Handle other day-to-day operational tasks assigned as required Skills Required:



Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Comfortable using email, WhatsApp and basic computer applications Good written and verbal communication Organised and able to follow up consistently Attention to detail, especially with measurements, prices and documentation Willingness to learn and handle different types of work Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who is proactive, practical and flexible rather than someone restricted to a single type of work. The person should be comfortable handling different responsibilities depending on the requirements of the business.

Experience: 0–3 years; freshers with the right attitude can also apply.
