ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Azure Stack HCI Engineer with solid experience in Azure Public Cloud, Windows Server, Hyper-V and infrastructure support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and support Azure Stack HCI and Windows environments
- Troubleshoot Hyper-V, S2D, cluster and VM issues
- Perform Windows OS patching and upgrades
- Handle firmware upgrades and infrastructure maintenance
- Analyze logs and performance issues
- Provide RCA and resolution for complex incidents
- Collaborate with customers and technical teams
