Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for an Automation Sales Engineer based in New Delhi. The role involves delivering technical support to customers, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales of automation solutions. The role will require identifying customer needs, preparing technical proposals, conducting presentations, and providing after-sales support.



Collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets and technical excellence is a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Sales Engineering and a solid understanding of automation solutions
- Ability to provide Technical Support, including troubleshooting and solution guidance
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively connect with clients and internal teams
- Sales and Customer Service skills to drive client satisfaction and close deals
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented approach
- Relevant educational background in Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience in the bearings or industrial automation industry is an advantage
