Location: Mumbai Naka, Nashik
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
We are looking for an experienced ATL – Customer Service to join our team in Nashik.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise a team of 5–6 Customer Service Executives
Monitor daily team performance and ensure productivity
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues
Support the team in achieving service and performance targets
Conduct regular follow-ups and provide guidance to team members
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Customer Service
Prior experience in team handling/people management is mandatory
Should have managed a team of at least 5–6 members
Positive communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle customer escalations effectively
