Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager at hotel pal heights mantra at pahal, located in Bhubaneswar.

The Assistant Sales

Manager will play a key role in driving hotel sales by managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include conducting sales calls, negotiating contracts,



coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, and contributing to revenue growth by meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role involves creating sales strategies, maintaining records, and representing the hotel at industry events.

Qualifications

- Experience in sales activities such as business development, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of hospitality operations, event planning, and guest relations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in managing sales targets and developing effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management is preffered.
- Prior experience in hotel sales is a must.
- Familiarity with the corporates and clientele in Bhubaneswar is a must.
