Role Overview:

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) in the Implementation Team will be responsible for managing and executing client onboarding projects, coordinating between cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of Convin’s solutions. The role requires strong project management skills, technical acumen, and the ability to drive customer success through effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Execution: Define timelines, align teams, and manage project plans for successful delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Be the go-to contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Oversight: Work with Engineering and Product teams to guide integration, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Risk & Issue Management:



Proactively identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure contingency planning.
- Process Optimization: Standardize implementation practices to improve scalability and execution speed.
- Reporting & Metrics: Monitor project progress, generate status reports, and ensure alignment with KPIs and success metrics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to create a world-class onboarding journey.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: 2-4 years in technical project management, SaaS implementation, or enterprise software delivery.
- Project Management Skills: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, or PMP methodologies.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based software deployment.
- Problem Solving: Quick thinker with a solid ability to troubleshoot implementation blockers.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders across tech and business teams.
- Tool Familiarity: Experience with tools like JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, Trello and CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Process Focus: Comfortable defining and documenting scalable project workflows.

Good-to-Have:

- Exposure to AI/ML-powered SaaS or Conversation Intelligence tools.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles at a B2B SaaS company.
- Familiarity with SQL, scripting or data analytics for basic troubleshooting.
