Role Description The Associate Professor of English will design and deliver online English lessons for students in classes 6 to 12, focusing on literature, language, writing, and critical reading skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating lesson plans and digital learning materials, teaching live or recorded classes, assessing student work, and providing timely, constructive feedback. The role also involves mentoring students, tracking their progress, and collaborating with the academic team to refine curriculum and integrate best practices in online pedagogy.

The Associate

Professor will participate in content review,



exam preparation, and development of enrichment activities such as reading clubs or writing workshops. This is a full time remote role requiring regular interaction with learners and colleagues through online platforms.

Qualifications

- Advanced knowledge of English language and literature, including grammar, composition, and critical analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching English to middle and high school learners or equivalent age groups.
- Proficiency in online teaching tools, learning management systems, and digital content creation.
- Strong skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and student assessment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Master’s degree or higher in English, Education, or a closely related field; relevant teaching certifications are an advantage.
