Stock Bazaar is a retail investor platform for portfolio analytics and market research, built by Garg Ventures Private Limited. We are building tools that help Indian retail investors understand what they actually own, what they are actually risking, and what the market is actually telling them, without the noise.

We are a small team. The product decisions you make will ship, and you will see them in front of users quickly.

The role

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who understands Indian capital markets from the inside, not from a deck.

This is not a generic fintech PM role. You will be building analytics and research tooling for people who trade and invest, and the single biggest predictor of success here is whether you have skin in the game yourself. If you have never placed an order, never watched an option position move against you, and never squinted at an option chain at 3:15 PM, this role will be difficult.

You will own features end to end: problem definition, spec, working with design and engineering, launch, and iteration based on what users actually do.

What you will do

- Own a product area end to end, from problem discovery through to post-launch iteration
- Write explicit, unambiguous specs that engineering and design can build from without a dozen follow-up meetings
- Translate market mechanics such as settlement, margin, expiry behaviour and corporate actions into product logic that holds up in edge cases
- Work directly with the founder on roadmap and prioritisation
- Talk to retail investors and traders regularly,



and bring their actual problems back into the roadmap
- Define what success looks like for each feature, then measure it honestly
- Work closely with engineering on data quality, latency and correctness. In market data products, wrong is worse than late
- Keep an eye on the competitive landscape across Indian broking and analytics platforms

What we are looking for

Required

- 4+ years in product management or product ownership, ideally in fintech, broking, wealth or capital markets
- Personal, active participation in Indian markets. You invest or trade in your own account and can talk about it specifically
- Hands-on familiarity with equity delivery and at least one derivatives segment: index options, stock options or futures
- Working knowledge of options Greeks, and the ability to reason about how they behave in practice, not just define them
- Practical experience with market platforms and tools such as Zerodha Kite, Groww, Upstox, Angel One, Dhan, Sensibull, Opstra, TradingView, Chartink, Screener.in or Tickertape
- Strong written communication. Specs, not vibes
- Comfort with data. You can pull your own numbers and interrogate them
- Comfortable working full time from our Delhi NCR office, Monday to Saturday

Good to have

- Experience with options strategy builders, backtesting tools, screeners, option chain analysis or portfolio analytics products
- Exposure to a regulated financial services environment and its constraints
- Experience at an early stage company, where the ends where the work begins
