We are hiring for the role of Associate – Risk Management in Mumbai.

The role is part of the firm’s Risk & Governance function and will support quality management, compliance, conflict checks, monitoring, documentation, reporting, and other risk management initiatives across the firm and network entities.

Key areas of work include:

- Ethics & independence compliance
- Quality management reviews and monitoring activities
- Policies, SOPs, and process creation, implementation, and change management
- Contractual risk review and documentation support
- Internal and external quality reports drafting
- Stakeholder coordination and reporting

We are looking for candidates who are:
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable with documentation and structured processes
- Interested in governance, compliance, risk management, and audit quality




- Solid in written and verbal communication
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Eligibility

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Law, or related fields
- CA Inter / ACCA / CS / CMA / MBA candidates (completed or pursuing) preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in audit, compliance, risk management, documentation, or related areas
- Freshers with relevant internship/articleship exposure may also apply
