We're Hiring: Associate Director / Director – Business Development (GCC) ? Pune, India

The Prospect

We're looking for a highly driven, customer-facing sales leader with a proven track record in Global Capability Center (GCC) sales and business development. You'll engage CXOs, build strategic customer relationships, drive consultative sales conversations, and close complex enterprise deals — accelerating our GCC business in India with a focus on Engineering and R&D; services for manufacturing and industrial clients.

What You'll Do

GCC Sales & Account Growth

- Shape GCC value propositions, operating models, and pricing alongside Sales, Pre-Sales, and Account Management
- Lead client-facing discussions on GCC setup, scale-up, optimization, cost strategy, and talent
- Drive revenue growth through service expansion, managed services adoption, and delivery transformation
- Support renewals, negotiations, and long-term strategic engagements.

Delivery & Operations Leadership

- Own end-to-end delivery across IMS, ADM, and Managed Services
- Lead large, multi-skilled delivery teams (50+ resources) across GCC, offshore,



onshore, and global models
- Ensure SLA/KPI adherence, governance, and compliance with ITIL, ISO, and security standards
- Own delivery financials — budgets, margins, utilization, forecasting

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Build relationships with CXOs and senior GCC stakeholders
- Lead governance forums, QBRs, and executive steering committees
- Mentor delivery leaders and drive talent development

What You Bring

- 14+ years in IT Services, with strong exposure to both GCC delivery and GCC sales/account growth
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (CS / E&TC; / related)
- Proven experience in GCC setup, scaling, and operations, plus supporting sales/pre-sales initiatives
- Strong delivery leadership across IMS, ADM, and Managed Services
- Experience selling into manufacturing industry clients
- Experience managing large global delivery teams (50+ resources)
- Strong financial acumen (P&L;, margins, forecasting, cost control)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
