About the Role (For Power Distribution Products)

We're looking for ambitious sales professionals to join our growing private-sector business in the Delhi-NCR region. Whether you're an early-career Sales Executive or an experienced Assistant Sales Manager, this role offers significant customer exposure, ownership, and long-term career growth within a rapidly expanding organization.

Background: Electrical equipment and power distribution sector

Location: Delhi, NCR Region

Compensation: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities across Transformers, Compact Substations, MV Panels, and RMUs.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, EPCs, industrial customers, and developers.
- Support techno-commercial discussions, quotations, negotiations and order closures.
- Coordinate consultant approvals, vendor registrations and customer documentation.
- Track enquiries, follow up on opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Work closely with engineering, production and project teams to ensure smooth execution.




- Contribute towards achieving regional sales targets and expanding strategic accounts.

What We're Looking For (Must-haves)

- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in the electrical equipment and power distribution sectors
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to independently manage customer relationships and sales opportunities
- Strong techno-commercial negotiation skills
