We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Taxation with strong hands-on experience in both Direct and Indirect Taxation.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

- Hands-on experience in Direct & Indirect Tax compliance
- Experience in Tax Audits and Tax Audit proceedings
- International Taxation and related compliance
- Preparation and filing of TDS Returns, including corrections and reconciliations
- Handling Income Tax Scrutiny, Assessments & Notices
- Drafting and submission of replies to tax authorities
- Experience in GST Audits, GST compliance & assessments
- Hands-on experience with MOOWR Scheme and related compliances
- Strong understanding of applicable tax laws and regulations
- Ability to independently handle tax matters and coordinate with consultants/auditors
- Team handling and leadership capabilities

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Tax Planning and Tax Preparation for corporate and operational activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Tax Compliance skills, including return filing, documentation, and liaison with tax authorities.




- Candidates should possess good knowledge of Tax Law and general Tax regulations relevant to Indian corporate taxation.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or a master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation are preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or renewable energy sectors, with 3–6 years in taxation roles, will be beneficial.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical, numerical, and MS Excel skills, along with attention to detail and integrity.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex tax concepts clearly is essential.
- Candidate having SAP experience will be preferred.
