Role Purpose:

To drive end-to-end coordination of new product launches and inventory optimization initiatives across manufacturing sites, ensuring timely product availability, efficient inventory utilization, and effective management of slow-moving and obsolete inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, R&D;, Regulatory and Marketing to ensure timely execution of recent product launches.
- Maintain and proactively track New Product Launch (NPL) plans and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure availability of raw and packaging materials, especially high lead-time items, to support launch and post-launch requirements.




- Monitor inventory levels across plants and prepare monthly inventory review reports and dashboards.
- Track and manage SLOB (Slow Moving & Obsolete Inventory) and drive initiatives for inventory reduction and liquidation.
- Identify opportunities for sale-off, internal transfers, and alternate utilization of dead inventory.
- Prepare quarterly SLOB projections, action plans, and closure strategies.
- Analyze inventory trends and recommend actions to improve inventory health and working capital efficiency.
- Collaborate with plant, finance, procurement, and commercial teams to drive inventory optimization initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent (mandatory).
- 3-5 years of experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or New Product Launches.
- Preference for candidates from the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/SAP systems.
