Key Responsibilities

- Process Operations: Manage daily shop floor operations for processes like hardening, tempering, annealing, stress relieving.
- Production Planning: Prepare daily and weekly production schedules in coordination with the Production Planning and Control (PPC) department. [1]
- Quality & Testing Control: Monitor metallurgical quality, including case depth checking, core hardness testing, and micro-structure analysis. []
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of heat treatment furnaces and allied machinery (like shot blasting or washing machines). []
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to EHS (Workplace, Health, and Safety), 5S, and Lean manufacturing standards on the shop floor. []
- Team Leadership: Guide shift operators and maintenance technicians to reduce machine downtime and resolve technical bottlenecks. []

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
