Who Can Apply: Only candidate working with a color cosmetic brand can apply

Key Responsibility

- Lead and manage the complete product development process from ideation to commercialization
- Develop project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of new product launch
- Research emerging beauty trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity in color cosmetics
- Collaborate with Marketing to identify gaps and opportunities in the product portfolio
- Partner with R&D; to conceptualize and test formulations that align with brand guidelines and quality standards
- Work with packaging team to develop aesthetically appealing and functional packaging solutions




- Negotiate costs and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Ensure all products comply with local and global regulatory standards, including labeling and safety requirements.
- Oversee stability testing, safety testing, and consumer trials to ensure product efficacy and satisfaction
- Ensure continuous quality checks during and post-production phases
- Work with the Marketing and Sales teams to create product launch strategi
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure a seamless transition to mass production
- Monitor budgets for product development, including formulations, testing, and packaging
- Provide regular updates on costs and work to optimize resources

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA/Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Cosmetics Science, Chemistry, or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in New Product Development within the cosmetics, beauty, or Skin/Personal Care industry
- Strong knowledge of formulation development and packaging processes for color cosmetics
