Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Field Sourcing / Field Sourcing Manager

Department: Field Sourcing

Job Location: Bhilai / Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Experience: 6–10 Years

CTC: ₹4.00 LPA to ₹6.00 LPA

Reporting To: Senior Management / Head

Employment Type: Full Time

Travel Requirement: Extensive Field Travel / PAN India

JOB SUMMARY -: The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Field Sourcing / Field Sourcing Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing large-scale manpower sourcing and mobilization activities to support workforce requirements for the Company's projects across India.

The position will lead and coordinate field sourcing activities, develop region-wise sourcing strategies, manage sourcing teams and networks, and ensure timely availability of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled manpower for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Working closely with Project Operations, HR, Recruitment, and Business teams, the incumbent will be responsible for manpower planning, sourcing strategy, vendor coordination, candidate mobilization, pipeline management, team productivity, and deployment planning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Field Sourcing & Manpower Mobilization

1. Plan and execute large-scale field sourcing activities according to project manpower requirements.
2. Source and mobilize skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled candidates for projects across India.
3. Conduct extensive field visits across villages, towns, semi-urban areas, industrial clusters, and rural communities.
4. Develop a continuous candidate pipeline through direct sourcing and local networks.
5. Ensure adequate candidate availability against project-wise manpower requirements.
6.



Support urgent and bulk manpower mobilization requirements.

2. Field Sourcing Team Management

1. Lead, guide, and monitor Field Sourcing Executives and other sourcing team members.
2. Allocate territory-wise and project-wise sourcing targets.
3. Monitor daily and weekly field activities, candidate generation, confirmations, and deployments.
4. Review individual and team performance against assigned targets.
5. Conduct regular team reviews, briefings, and performance discussions.

3. Vendor & Labour Contractor Development

1. Identify and develop manpower vendors, labour contractors, subcontractors, local recruiters, placement consultants, and workforce aggregators.
2. Build a reliable PAN-India sourcing partner network.
3. Evaluate vendor capabilities, manpower availability, geographical reach, and performance.
4. Maintain an updated and verified database of sourcing partners.
5. Monitor vendor performance based on candidate quality, mobilization, deployment, retention, and responsiveness.
6. Develop referral and contractor-based sourcing channels for continuous manpower availability.

4. Community Mobilization & Outreach

1. Visit villages, Panchayats, community centres, schools, colleges, ITIs, Polytechnics, and training institutes.
2. Identify, counsel, and mobilize job seekers for employment, apprenticeship, training,



and project opportunities.
3. Conduct community meetings, awareness campaigns, and employment drives.
4. Build relationships with Sarpanchs, Gram Panchayats, Ward Members, youth leaders, NGOs, SHGs, social workers, and local influencers.
5. Establish long-term community networks in assigned territories.

Communication: Valuable verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of regional languages will be an advantage.

Age Preference: 35 Years and above, subject to suitability and experience.

EXPERIENCE -: 6–10 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:

1. Field Sourcing
2. Manpower Sourcing & Mobilization
3. Recruitment / Bulk Hiring
4. Staffing & Workforce Deployment
5. Field Sales / Sales Operations
6. Business Development
7. Vendor Management
8. Labour Contractor Development

Candidates should have proven experience in leading field teams, achieving sourcing/deployment targets, developing vendor and institutional networks, and handling large-scale manpower requirements.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

1. Willingness to undertake extensive field travel across cities, districts, villages, and states.
2. Comfortable with frequent outstation travel and stays.
3. Ability to independently plan and execute field sourcing activities.
4. Willingness to work in a target-driven and field-oriented environment.
5. Ability to develop and manage manpower vendors, contractors, institutions, and community networks.
6. Capability to handle bulk manpower sourcing and mobilization requirements.
7. Flexibility to travel PAN India at short notice based on manpower and project requirements.
