Selected candidates will be part of Legal Services Group. They will:

- work on routine commercial- customer facing and procurement facing contracts.
- Drafting of special terms and conditions of customer order forms, purchase orders, etc., SOW, agreements and contracts.
- support business and user teams in reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreement both customer facing and vendor facing.




- support the creation of legal documentation for various business verticals of Tata Communications; and
- perform related duties.
- Provide day-to-day legal support on routine matters as part of the global commercial legal, procurement legal teams of Tata Communications.

Work with legal operations team to manage legal templates.
- Work closely and effectively with business teams, and other user functions to provide them legal support and assist them in finalizing routine legal documents like / restructuring documents, amendments to contracts, customer facing and vendor facing agreement etc.
