Hindustan Feeds is a market leader that has a strong presence in the cattlefeed industry with a rapidly growing business in Maharashtra. Dynamic candidates are encouraged to apply for the following role at our Baramati plant.

Duties & Responsibilities:-

· Manage Purchase, Sales, Inventory, General Ledger and Manufacturing Accounting.

· Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing, reconciliations and financial reporting.

· Handle vendor bills, customer accounting, receivables/payables and inventory accounting.

· Prepare MIS, financial statements, budget reports and variance analysis.

· Lead budget planning, monthly profit planning and profitability analysis.

· Manage costing, cost allocation and cost-control initiatives.

· Monitor production/productivity parameters including production, power, fuel, downtime, rejection, manpower and maintenance costs.

· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act and other applicable statutory requirements.





· Coordinate internal/statutory/tax audits and ensure timely closure of observations.

· Maintain Fixed Asset Register, CAPEX/project accounting and project monitoring.

· Handle State Excise formalities and insurance-related financial data.

· Strengthen internal controls, financial processes and compliance.

· Provide financial analysis and decision-support to Management.

· Support cross-functional teams in cost optimization, process improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Cost Accountant (CMA)

Experience

- 10 to 15 years of experience
