- Sales: Drive current customer acquisition, increase gold loan asset volume (AUM/tonnage), and run local marketing and field campaigns. Gold Appraisal &
- Risk Management: Accurately appraise gold purity and weight, manage Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios, and act as joint custodian of the secure vault. Operations &
- Compliance: Oversee KYC verification, loan processing, disbursements, and closures while adhering strictly to internal policies and regulatory norms. Portfolio &
- Audit Quality: Monitor repayments, control non-performing assets (NPAs) through robust follow-ups, and maintain high audit scores with zero-tolerance policy deviations.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and track daily performance metrics for frontline sales and operations staff.
